- Data Transfer and Storage: Your processed data is stored locally on your device. It is NOT transferred to any cloud server or shared with third parties. All data traffic remains within the secure local storage of your device.
- Method of Data Collection: Your data is collected automatically through the App’s interface as you interact with the features and complete your wake-up challenges.
- User Rights: Under GDPR and relevant laws, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if your data has been processed,
- Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request the deletion or destruction of your data.
You can exercise your right to delete all data permanently at any time by using the “Reset App” button within the App settings.
