Alarmcy (“App”) is developed by Sara Studios (“Company”). This Privacy Policy explains our rules regarding the protection and privacy of our users’ personal data.
- Data Controller and Contact: The data controller is Sara Studios. You can contact us via sarastudiosofficial@gmail.com for your questions.
- Processed Data and Local Storage: The App processes alarm records, task preferences, and success statistics to provide a user experience. All of this data is stored locally on your device. Our Company cannot access this data remotely and does not transfer it to its own servers.
- Third-Party Services: In-app purchase and subscription transactions are carried out through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store infrastructure. Your payment information (card details, etc.) is processed directly by the relevant app store; our Company does not have access to this data.
- Device Permissions: The App requests permissions to send notifications, show full-screen alarms, and wake the device from sleep mode in order to perform its core functions. These permissions are used only for the purpose of the App.
- Data Security: Since your data is kept locally on your device, the security of the data depends largely on the security of your device. When you reset or delete the App, all data on the device is permanently deleted.
