These Terms of Use are binding for every individual who downloads and uses the Alarmcy application.
- Service Description: Alarmcy is a utility tool designed to facilitate the users’ wake-up process by offering various mental and physical tasks.
- Disclaimer: The App is a utility tool provided on an “as-is” basis. Sara Studios cannot be held responsible for the alarm not ringing or the user not waking up due to reasons including but not limited to: device running out of battery, operating system restrictions (battery optimization, etc.), technical malfunctions, or the user’s depth of sleep. Sara Studios is not liable for any material or moral damages, such as being late for work or school, allegedly caused by the failure of the App.
- Subscription and Cancellation: Access to Premium features is based on a subscription model. All billing, cancellation, and refund processes are handled exclusively by the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Sara Studios does not have the authority to directly intervene in or process refunds.
- Intellectual Property: The App design, the robotic mascot character, source code, and all original content are the intellectual property of Sara Studios. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
- Modifications: Sara Studios reserves the right to update these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
